"Most Venerable Relics (Dhātū) of Arahant Therī Mahā Prajāpatī Gautamī" among the Buddha and arahat relics enshrined at 700 year old Yatihalagala Royal Temple_යටිහලගල රාජමහා විහාරය outside of Kandy, Sri Lanka.
According to the Yatihalagala website, enshrined are hair and bone relics of the Blessed One, together with those of several great arahant bhikkhu disciples of the Buddha in the large casket. The relics of great arahat Mahāprajāpatī Gotamī Therī are kept together in a separate casket.
"කේශ ධාතු වැඩ සිටින කරඬුව තුළ සර්වඥ ධාතූන් වහන්සේලා ද, රහත් ධාතූන් වහන්සේලා ද වැඩ සිටිති.රහත් ධාතු අතර සැරියුත්,මුගලන්, සීවලී, බක්කුල, ආනන්ද, අංගුලිමාල යන මහ රහතන් වහන්සේලා ගේ අස්ථි ධාතු ද මහා ප්‍රජාපතී ගෝතමී මහ රහත් තෙරණින් වහන්සේ ගේ අස්ථි ධාතූන් වහන්සේ නමක් ද තැන්පත් ව ඇත, ප්‍රජාපතී ගෝතමී තෙරණින් වහන්සේ ගේ අස්ථි ධාතූන් වහන්සේ පමණක් වෙනම කරඬුවක් තුළ තැන්පත් කර තිබේ."
The various relics of the great arahantas, including Mahāprajāpatī Gotamī Therī, each have their own history, and their own special distinctive qualities and characteristics.

"සැරියුත් මහ රහතන් වහන්සේ ගේ අස්ථි ධාතූන් වහන්සේ සාංචියේ කැණීම්වලින් හමු වූ සැරියුත් මහරහතන් වහන්සේ ගේ අස්ථි ධාතූන් මෙන් ප්‍රමාණයෙන් තරමක් විශාල ය. දිගටි ය. සුදු පැහැයට හුරු ය. මුගලන් මහ රහතන් වහන්සේ ගේ අස්ථි ධාතුව කුඩා ය. ඉතා තද දුඹුරු පැහැති ය. සීවලී මහ රහතන් වහන්සේ ගේ අස්ථි ධාතු තරමක් විශාල ය. සුදු පැහැති ය. බක්කුල මහ රහතන් වහන්සේ ගේ ද එසේම ය. මේ රහත් ධාතූන් වහන්සේලා ලැබී ඇත්තේ බුරුම රටෙන් ය.
ආනන්ද මහ රහතන් වහන්සේ ගේ හා අංගුලිමාල මහ රහතන් වහන්සේ ගේ ධාතු ලංකාවේ පරම්පරාවෙන් පරම්පරාවට ආරක්‍ෂාවෙමින් තිබී හමු වී ඇත. ආනන්ද මහ රහතන් වහන්සේ ගේ අස්ථි ධාතුව කුඩා ය. සුදු පැහැති ය. දීප්තිමත් ස්වභාවයක් පෙන්වයි.
අංගුලිමාල මහ රහතන් වහන්සේ ගේ අස්ථි ධාතුව මහානුභාව සම්පන්න බවක් පෙන්නුම් කරයි. මේ අස්ථි ධාතුව ද කුඩා ය. තද දුඹුරු පැහැයට හුරු ය. මේ ධාතූන් වහන්සේ ගැබිණි මව්වරුන් ගේ මහත් වූ වන්දනාවටත් ගෞරවාදරයටත් පත්ව ඇත.
ප්‍රජාපතී ගෝතමී මහ රහත් තෙරණියගේ අස්ථි ධාතුව කුඩාය.සුදු පැහැති ය. අස්ථි කැබැල්ලක ගති ස්වභාවය හොඳින් ප්‍රකට කරයි."
